Nursing Homes

Through the family owned conglomerate, Boswell Pharmacy Services has been servicing nursing homes since 1973. We provide service to nursing home, personal care, and assisted living facilities. We pride ourselves in our commitment to our customers for providing superior pharmaceutical service with personalized attention to each of our facilities specific needs.

Our pharmacy management program is designed to satisfy the specific needs of our customers, such as: billing per patient, per facility or to a third party, customized forms necessary for daily operations, and pharmacist consultant services. Furthermore, we have a designated account manager assigned to each facility to provide personal attention.

We receive prescription orders 24 hours a day and offer personalized delivery (Monday-Saturday). We provide a local back up pharmacy service in the event of an emergency to handle any STAT orders. We utilize a four check pharmacy system prior to medications leaving our facility to keep our error ratio well below the national standards (1:20,000).

We provide emergency pharmacy consulting services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. We also have a consultant network to enhance and challenge our current commitment to operational excellence consisting of registered pharmacists, Pharm Ds, RNs, manufacturer representatives and information technology consultants.
